The Role

• Determine clients\xe2\x80\x99 needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing #property for the right price under the best terms \xe2\x80\xa2 Follow-up with leads to increase sales \xe2\x80\xa2 Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales \xe2\x80\xa2 Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then show properties that meet those needs \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct open houses to promote agency listings \xe2\x80\xa2 Oversee the entire process from property listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Attract prospective clients to promote new business \xe2\x80\xa2 Have local knowledge of the community and market conditions to answer questions about potential homes, similar properties, and the surrounding neighborhood \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop content for sales presentations and other materials \xe2\x80\xa2 Rent or lease properties on behalf of clients

Requirements

• Work experience in Real Estate and proven track record of Property Consultant (Minimum 1 year) \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work with targets and commissions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Technology-driven \xe2\x80\xa2 Show good organizational and time management skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess a valid driving License \xe2\x80\xa2 A valid Real Estate License is necessary for the positions; we can help you get one!
