• Providing guidance and assist sellers/buyers in buy/Sell properties
• Achieving and exceed assigned targets by the company
• Determine clients' needs and financials abilities to propose solutions
• Negotiation skills: consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value
• Prepare the necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, etc.)
• Maintain and update listings of available properties
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices

Requirements

• 3-4 years minimum working experience in Dubai real estate
• Communication skills
• You possess excellent strong sales, negotiation, communication and influencing skills, are organized and able to multi-task effectively.
• Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
• Proven track of achieving/exceeding targets
• Strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
• Valid UAE driver's license
• Self-motivated, ambitious and go getter
• Demonstrable experience in generating leads and closing deals
