Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead the design and execution of water features, swimming pools, Jacuzzi's, splash pads, and related installations. Review and ensure the feasibility of designs in compliance with technical standards and regulatory requirements. Conduct and lead technical discussions with clients, consultants, suppliers, and government authorities. Develop detailed project plans and resource schedules, including materials, manpower, and machinery. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and timely delivery. Prepare and manage project documentation, including drawings, reports, and client correspondence. Oversee material submittals and obtain necessary approvals from consultants and clients. Perform quantity take-offs and prepare technical specifications for procurement. Monitor and control costs associated with materials, manpower, and equipment. Implement value engineering strategies to optimize project costs while maintaining quality standards. Ensure quality and productivity are maintained throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project execution to ensure adherence to approved designs, specifications, and timelines. Manage all communications with clients to ensure transparency, satisfaction, and alignment. Address and resolve any client concerns or complaints in a prompt and professional manner. Present regular progress reports and updates in weekly coordination meetings.

Requirements:

Experience in MEP in swimming pools and water features in UAE Should have a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Immediate joiners would be preferred.

Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
