Job Description

Responsibilities:

Design and oversee the execution of water features, swimming pools, Jacuzzis, splash pads, and related installations. Lead technical discussions with clients, consultants, suppliers, and regulatory authorities to ensure design feasibility and compliance. Facilitate the preparation, submission, and approval of all necessary drawings. Oversee material submittals, ensuring timely approvals from relevant stakeholders. Perform material quantity take-offs with detailed specifications. Implement value engineering techniques to optimize costs without compromising quality. Control costs related to materials, manpower, equipment, and machinery. Manage all client correspondence, ensuring clear communication and documentation. Prepare and present reports during weekly progress meetings. Develop project plans and resource schedules, covering materials, manpower, and machinery. Monitor project quality and productivity, ensuring adherence to timelines and standards. Provide timely troubleshooting solutions as needed during project execution. Coordinate effectively between the project team, clients, and management to maintain smooth operations. Address and resolve client complaints promptly to ensure client satisfaction. Manage material requests and approvals using ERP systems, ensuring compliance with project procedures.

Requirements:

Experience in MEP in swimming pools, water features in UAE Should have a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Immediate joiners would be preferred.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
