Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead the design and execution of water features, swimming pools, Jacuzzis, splash pads, and related installations. Review designs for feasibility and ensure compliance with technical standards and regulatory requirements. Conduct and lead technical discussions with clients, consultants, suppliers, and government authorities. Develop detailed project plans and resource schedules covering materials, manpower, and equipment. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and timely delivery. Prepare and manage project documentation, including drawings, reports, and client correspondence. Handle material submittals and secure approvals from consultants and clients. Perform quantity take-offs and prepare technical specifications for procurement. Utilize ERP systems for material requests and ensure adherence to internal procedures. Monitor and control project costs related to materials, manpower, and equipment. Implement value engineering techniques to optimize costs without compromising quality. Maintain quality and productivity throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure project execution aligns with approved designs, specifications, and timelines. Troubleshoot and resolve technical or operational issues in a timely manner. Manage client communications to ensure satisfaction and project transparency. Address and resolve client concerns professionally and promptly. Present regular progress reports and updates during weekly coordination meetings.

Requirements:

Proven experience in MEP works related to swimming pools and water features in the UAE. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
