Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Initiation:

• Lead the project initiation phase, including project scope definition, budget estimation, and development of project timelines.
• Collaborate with the project stakeholders to identify goals, objectives, and success criteria.

Team Leadership:

• Build and lead a high-performance project team, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to team members.
• Foster a collaborative and positive working environment to enhance team productivity and morale.

Budget and Cost Management:

• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
