The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of product processes and initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong knowledge of product management and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Promote the company\xe2\x80\x99s products to healthcare professionals in order to educate them on the value that our products bring to the customers / patients in the UAE.
- Ensure consistent sales growth and achievement of sales goals and targets in the assigned territory.
- Identify new opportunities and gain new business while maintaining the existing portfolio.
- Maintaining the existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on, existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
- Provide reports to reporting manager regarding territory status, to include forecasts, proposals and business reviews.
- Ensure mastery of Product knowledge related to the company\xe2\x80\x99s products as well as the competitive products that are available in the market.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed; identifying and establishing new business.
- Maintaining detailed records and managing budgets.
- Attending and organizing trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings etc.
- Ensure compliance with all the company\xe2\x80\x99s policies and codes.
