Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets for various real estate development projects.
- Identify potential risks and devise mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure all projects are delivered according to specifications and standards.
- Manage project timelines and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and address any issues that may arise.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on project status, costs, and any potential issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and optimize project delivery.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of local regulations and building codes.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
