Key Responsibilities
Plan, direct, supervise, and control all business, technical, financial, and administrative functions of assigned bridge and infrastructure projects.
Provide strategic leadership to ensure project objectives align with client expectations, contractual requirements, and organizational goals.
Act as the primary company representative, maintaining strong working relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, authorities, and suppliers.
Oversee the delivery of large-scale bridge, interchange, and highway infrastructure works from project initiation through completion.
Establish project requirements including scope, budgets, schedules, and key deliverables, ensuring adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead development and implementation of project execution plans, health and safety plans, quality assurance and quality control plans, and work plans.
Negotiate scope changes with clients and manage variations in line with contractual and commercial requirements.
Monitor project performance against milestones, budgets, and schedules, providing regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Identify potential risks, delays, and cost overruns, and implement effective mitigation and recovery strategies.
Ensure technical excellence, compliance with local regulations, authority standards, and industry best practices.
Mobilize internal and external resources to build and manage high-performing, multidisciplinary project teams.
Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance input for project managers and senior engineering staff.
Support business development initiatives by identifying additional work opportunities and strengthening long-term client relationships.
Represent the company in meetings with regulatory agencies and public stakeholders as required.
Ideal Profile
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
Minimum 20 years of professional experience in construction supervision and infrastructure project management.
Extensive experience delivering large-scale bridge, interchange, and highway infrastructure projects.
Proven track record managing complex, high-value infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project controls, risk management, and commercial administration.
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
