We are working with one of the largest global construction consultancy firms in the world to onboard senior project manager keen to take on a high profile building project in Dubai. The ideal candidate will strong experience delivering building projects with extensive experience in the GCC. They will have excellent communication skills and will have a diverse portfolio of cross-sector experience with an emphasis on building projects such as high-rises and commercial buildings.

A successful senior project manager will have:

• Minimum of 8 to 10 years in project management consultantcy (PMC).
• Ability to create and update effective budgets and project schedules.
• Facilitate effective communication between the client, main contractor and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft project and similar programs.
• Familiarity with FIDIC contracts (e.g. red book).
• Exposure to high rise and or commercial building projects, ideally in the GCC.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and construction standards.
• Effectively manage project risks and promptly address any issues that arise during the construction process.
• Ability to lead a construction management team & guide them in the planning and execution of construction activities.
