NTS Group are currently representing a real estate development company in Dubai to recruit a Senior Project Manager. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the management, monitoring and control of multiple projects being developed by Select Group from the initial design brief through to the completion and handover of the project.

• B.Sc. Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture from a recognized University and/or professional qualification in a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years (at least 3 years within the UAE) experience in project management and development in a similar environment i.e. property development / consultancy / construction.
• Experience developing high rise residential projects (initial design to handover) within the UAE
• Demonstrable knowledge of FDIC, contract management, commercial negotiations, dispute resolution
• Excellent knowledge property market dynamics, materials, construction processes and techniques, local conditions, customer preferences and current trends.
• Ability to speak read and write English fluently.
• Strong inter-personal, organizational and presentation skills.
