We are currently working with an International Interior Design which has a significant presence in Dubai to help bring in a Senior Project Manager to be responsible for project planning and execution and to Work closely with design managers and directors to ensure the highest level of project execution. Job Responsibilities:
\xe2\x80\xa2 Manage projects, including project schedules, scheduling, billing, invoicing, and collections.
\xe2\x80\xa2 Work with international design teams to ensure the highest level of project execution.
\xe2\x80\xa2 Quality Control Responsibilities from initial presentation to documentation to service delivery, including review and coordination of construction documents, details and specifications.
\xe2\x80\xa2 Review workshop drawings and submitted material samples to ensure consistency with design.
\xe2\x80\xa2 Perform CD/CA tasks and assist in resolving code and design issues.

• Conduct and document site observations to monitor construction progress and perform construction management tasks (RFIs, RFPs, change orders, etc.).

Job Requirements:
\xe2\x80\xa2 7-10 years of project management experience (5-10 years of hospitality experience or equivalent preferred)
\xe2\x80\xa2 Interior design or architecture degree or equivalent professional experience
\xe2\x80\xa2 International 5-star luxury and high-end project experience
\xe2\x80\xa2 Technical requirements include ability to use design and production software (eg AutoCad, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) and MS Office (eg Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
\xe2\x80\xa2 Must be able to work with individuals throughout the organization and must have a strong team-oriented approach and good organizational and time management skills.
\xe2\x80\xa2 English communication and presentation skills.
