Responsible for managing and delivering interior fit-out projects from start to handover across commercial sectors including F&B, retail, offices, hospitality, clinics, and hospitals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead site execution of interior fit-out works as per drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors.
Manage materials, procurement, and approvals.
Ensure quality, safety (QHSE), and authority compliance (DCD, DHA/DOH).
Monitor progress, reporting, and schedules.
Identify variations, control costs, and support QS.
Coordinate testing, commissioning, and final handover.
Requirements:
Bachelor's in Civil / Architecture / Interior Engineering.
7-12 years UAE interior fit-out experience.
Strong coordination, technical, and leadership skills.
UAE Driving License preferred.
