to join our growing team in Dubai. This role requires a civil engineering professional with strong technical expertise and hands-on experience in managing interior fit-out projects from initiation through to successful completion.
Role & Responsibilities
Take ownership of fit-out project delivery, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are consistently met.
Plan, track, and update project schedules, milestones, and reports to ensure smooth progress.
Liaise with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to maintain clear communication and efficient coordination.
Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship, resolve on-site challenges, and ensure compliance with specifications.
Review and validate technical documents, including shop drawings, material submissions, and method statements.
Monitor and control project costs, proactively addressing any potential overruns.
Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies across all project activities.
Lead and mentor site teams, subcontractors, and supervisors to achieve high-performance standards.
Represent the project team in client and management meetings, providing accurate updates and recommendations.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Strong technical knowledge of fit-out works, construction drawings, BOQs, and project documentation.
Proficiency in project management and engineering tools (AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Project/Primavera).
Familiarity with UAE local authority regulations and approval processes (Dubai Municipality, etc.).
Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple assignments under pressure.
UAE driving license is an added advantage.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
