Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Project Design Architect to lead the design and development of architectural projects. The ideal candidate will be proficient in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, Adobe Photoshop, 3D Max, Lumion, and Microsoft products. Key responsibilities include coordinating design efforts with Structural, Electrical, and Mechanical Design teams, ensuring compliance with building regulations, and mentoring junior architects for professional growth.

Key Qualifications and Responsibilities:

Design and development of architectural projects, specializing in multi-disciplinary ventures including high-rise, commercial, hotel, hospitality, and shopping centers. Coordination with Structural, Electrical, and Mechanical Design teams to achieve integrated design solutions. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, Adobe Photoshop, 3D Max, Lumion, and Microsoft products. Ensure architectural designs align with building regulations and standards. Collaboration with external consultants, specialists, and contractors to ensure project success. Mentorship and coaching of junior architects to enhance their skills and knowledge. Minimum 10 to 15 years of hands-on experience in the design, development, and detailing of large-scale projects from concept to tender stages. (Minimum 5 years' experience in GCC - Qatar experience is mandatory). Preferably GSAS Certified in Sustainability. Strong expertise in Life Safety and Building Regulations Good Experience in Specification. Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines. Holds a Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering. MMUP Grade A certification. Residency in Qatar with NOC is preferred.
