Role Summary: We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with a Mechanical Engineering background to lead and oversee the successful execution of MEP works, with a specialized focus on swimming pools and fountains. The ideal candidate must be Arabic-speaking, possess 20+ years of experience, and have a strong track record managing MEP projects from design to delivery across the UAE construction sector. This role requires leadership in technical planning, client coordination, and quality control to ensure timely and compliant execution of projects in collaboration with internal teams, consultants, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise the full lifecycle of MEP construction for pool and fountain projects, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and compliance. Conduct and participate in meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical and execution challenges. Oversee and coordinate the work of project engineers, site teams, and subcontractors for seamless project delivery. Manage planning, forecasting, procurement, and resource allocation across all phases of the project. Supervise testing, commissioning, and handover procedures. Proactively identify and resolve site and design issues, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and client requirements.
Requirements:

Must be Arabic-speaking Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or Electromechanical) Electrical Engineering is acceptable only if the candidate has significant hands-on experience in pool and fountain MEP. 20+ years of experience in the construction industry, including: o Minimum 10 years in pool and fountain MEP design and execution Or minimum 5 years in pool/fountain MEP plus 10+ years in general construction MEP (plumbing systems such as firefighting, booster and feed pumps, sewerage, and pumping stations) Must have managed MEP construction for at least 25 pool/fountain projects involving consultants ,at least 15 projects involving international consultants UAE experience is mandatory Valid UAE Driver's License Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Experience (Not Considered as Primary Criteria):

HVAC, civil works, general maintenance, or consulting roles outside of pools and fountains

Projects for private villa pools directly for homeowners
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
