Senior Project Manager - MEP

to lead specialized

swimming pool and fountain

projects. If you're a

Mechanical Engineer

with over 20 years of experience, strong leadership skills, and fluency in

Arabic

, this is a remarkable opportunity to drive large-scale, technically complex projects across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the

end-to-end execution

of MEP projects with focus on pools and fountains. Ensure projects meet the highest

quality, safety, and regulatory standards

. Supervise project engineers, site teams, subcontractors, and ensure seamless coordination. Manage

client and consultant meetings

, technical reviews, and execution challenges. Oversee

planning, procurement, and resource allocation

throughout all phases. Handle

testing, commissioning, and handover

of completed projects. Resolve technical site issues and align work with

client expectations and specifications

.

Candidate Requirements:

Arabic-speaking

is

mandatory

. Bachelor's degree in

Mechanical Engineering

or Electromechanical (Electrical may be considered with relevant experience).

20+ years

of total construction industry experience.

10+ years

in pool and fountain MEP design & execution, or 5+ years in pool/fountain + 10+ years in general MEP (firefighting, pumps, drainage).

Managed MEP works

in:

25+ pool/fountain projects

15+ projects

with international consultants Strong expertise in UAE construction regulations and standards.

Valid UAE driver's license

. Fluent in

English and Arabic

. Strong

leadership, planning, and coordination

abilities.

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

HVAC or civil background Projects for private villa pools Consulting or maintenance experience (non-core)
