Position Overview
The Senior Product Owner - Digital Cards - Dicetek Abu Dhabi will lead digital card product initiatives across multiple markets, including the UAE and KSA. The role requires expertise in cards and payments, digital wallets, and regulatory frameworks, with a proven track record of launching financial products. Core Duties

• Lead the strategy, development, and launch of digital card products across UAE and KSA markets
• Drive product innovations in card issuing, tokenization, processing, and digital wallets
• Ensure compliance with regional regulations and cross-border payment requirements
• Collaborate with technology, operations, and business teams to deliver digital solutions
• Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to post-launch optimization
• Manage stakeholder expectations, providing clear communication and updates to senior leadership
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Deliver digital product features that enhance customer experience and align with business goals

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related discipline; MBA preferred
• 8-12 years of experience in digital product management with at least 5 years in cards and payments
• Proven experience launching financial products in new markets, ideally within the Middle East
• Strong knowledge of card issuing, processing, tokenization, and digital wallets
• Track record of delivering innovative digital card solutions in banking or fintech
• Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks and cross-border payments landscape
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
