Senior Product Manager Roadmap & Strategy
Job Description
What you'll do : - Develop your product's vision, strategy & goals. - Build & own the product roadmap and collaborate with leadership, technology & business teams to align on the same. - Understand the needs of users (brands and exporters) & their businesses. Come up with product solutions to help them automate & scale them. - Define the right set of metrics to measure the product performance and the value that it provides to users. - Work with the engineering team to plan and deliver product features as per the roadmap. - Lead the Go-To-Market efforts ensuring product releases are effectively communicated to customers and internal stakeholders. - Mentor junior PMs and guide them by providing feedback. - Own the success of your product. What do we expect from you? - Bachelor's degree in computer science, business management, marketing, engineering or a related field. - 4 to 10 years of Product Management experience. - Ability to build strong customer relations and use that to gain insights into their businesses. - A strong analytical bent of mind and be very comfortable with problem-solving. - Exceptional ability to identify product improvements and contribute to marketing strategies. - Excellent communication & cross-functional leadership skills.
