Job Description

Key Responsibilities:1. Procurement Strategy & Planning

Develop, implement, and manage procurement strategies aligned with project requirements, budgets, and timelines. Conduct regular market analysis to identify cost trends, new materials, and innovative suppliers in the interior fit-out sector. Establish KPIs for procurement performance and ensure alignment with company objectives.

2. Vendor Management

Maintain and expand a strong network of

trusted suppliers and subcontractors

across Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Evaluate, prequalify, and onboard vendors based on capability, pricing, quality, and reliability. Negotiate contracts, terms, and payment conditions to ensure optimal value and risk mitigation. Foster long-term relationships with key suppliers for sustainable procurement partnerships.

3. Product, Market & Pricing Knowledge

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of

fit-out materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and joinery

. Continuously monitor pricing trends and product availability in the UAE market. Provide accurate cost estimations and material recommendations to design and project teams.

4. Process & Compliance Management

Oversee the entire procurement cycle -- from requisition to delivery -- ensuring adherence to company policies and project timelines. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and transparency. Ensure compliance with

UAE labour, customs, and procurement regulations

. Maintain detailed procurement documentation for audit and reporting purposes.

5. Team Leadership & Collaboration

Lead, mentor, and motivate the procurement team to achieve departmental goals. Coordinate closely with the

Project Management, Commercial, Design, and Finance

teams for seamless project execution. Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the department.

6. Communication & Negotiation

Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills when dealing with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders. Prepare and present procurement reports, cost analyses, and supplier evaluations to senior management. Serve as the key point of contact for all procurement-related decisions and escalations.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED17,000.00 per month
