Requirement of a Senior Procurement Manager-Supply Chain
Experience-10-12 years,including 5+years in a senior managerial role and group level experience in the UAE
Location-Abu Dhabi,UAE
Salary-Upto AED 20,000(Depends on experience)
Key Competence:
1-Strong leadership and strategic thinking
2-Expertise in procurement systems and ERP software
3-Excellent negotiation and supplier relationship management skills
4-Analytical mindset for evaluating supplier performance and market conditions
5-Ability to oversee multiple procurement projects
6-Commitment to ethical procurement and regulatory compliance
7-Experience in process improvement and innovation
8-Must be fluent in Tagalog
Candidates must be available in UAE
Requirements
1-Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management,Business Administration,or related field.
2-Strong Knowledge of procurement policies,contract management and supply chain principles.
3-Proficiency in procurement and inventory management systems(eg-Odoo or similar).
4-Industry experience in property management,marine,construction,hospitality or similar fields.
5-Excellent communication skills.
6-Proven leadership skills to manage team and drive procurement strategies.
