Managing procurement activities for civil construction projects.
Preparing and reviewing tender documents, BOQs, and contracts.
Sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating with suppliers & subcontractors.
Ensuring compliance with project specifications, cost, and quality standards.
Coordinating with project managers, engineers, and finance teams.
Monitoring vendor performance and maintaining approved vendor lists.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering is Must
.
Minimum 10 years of UAE/GCC experience in procurement for civil/infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of market trends, local/international suppliers.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.
