We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Private Banker to join our client, EAM based in DIFC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing relationships with ultra-high-net-worth individuals (U/HNWI) and an established client book.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customized wealth management strategies for U/HNWI clients, using in-depth knowledge of various financial products.
- Foster and maintain strategic partnerships with banks and other partners to enhance investment solutions and client service.
- Mentor and lead junior team members, promoting a collaborative approach to delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Analyse market trends and investment performance, providing clients with insightful and actionable recommendations.
- Drive business growth by leveraging an existing network and identifying new client acquisition opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with DIFC/ DFSA/ SCA regulatory standards and internal policies while managing client portfolios.
- Extensive experience in private banking or wealth management, with a proven track record of success.
- Established client book of U/HNWI clients.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions in a dynamic environment.
