We are currently seeking Private Bankers to join our client, an international private banking institution with a presence in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a strong background in private banking who are looking to contribute to a growing team in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage and expand a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, providing personalized wealth management services. Leverage your book size of approximately $150M USD to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships. Offer a range of financial solutions, including investment advisory, estate planning, and other private banking services. Foster strong relationships with clients by providing superior service and tailored strategies to meet their needs. Qualifications and Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Private Banker. A book size of approximately $150M USD with an average client size of $1-5M USD. Book must cover Africa, ideally South Africa and Kenya, though we are open to considering professionals with books covering other regions as well. Proven track record of successfully managing high-net-worth client relationships. Compensation: Competitive base salary, plus a discretionary bonus based on performance.
