Deliver a high-quality commercial distribution channel between the customer and FSL by distributing products and services that encourage customer success
Focus on customer needs and respond to inquiries efficiently within stated guidelines
Proactively address customer complaints and queries to ensure resolution
Use E-Freight Suite to track customer transactions and interactions
Manage both new and existing customer accounts, including upselling opportunities
Build and nurture long-term relationships with account customers via calls, emails, and quality follow-ups
Serve as a liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure service efficiency
Raise invoices aligned with company objectives and delivery deadlines
Escalate consistent or recurring system functionality issues
Assist management with special projects and support the team manager when required
Undertake additional duties as assigned
Secure relevant direct sales opportunities and initiate contact with potential and current customers
Highlight product benefits to customers to generate interest
Identify organizational decision makers and engage them in sales conversations
Generate leads through cold calling while adhering to DNC guidelines
Transfer qualified leads and appointment details to sales representatives
Conduct follow-up calls with interested customers
Handle inbound inquiries and provide information on products and services
Emphasize product features and quote pricing clearly
Maintain exceptional service standards and strong product knowledge
