Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):

Campaign Strategy & Planning

Develop laser-focused PPC strategies for services like Doctor on Call, IV Therapy, Physiotherapy, and more Research high-performing keywords and trends in the healthcare space Create A/B tests to boost ad performance and lead quality

Campaign Execution & Optimization

Launch and manage Google Ads, Bing Ads, and display campaigns Optimize daily for impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI Set geo-targeting to reach patients across Dubai and the UAE

Analytics & Performance Monitoring

Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and Ads dashboards Share weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights Keep an eye on competitors to stay ahead of the game

Team Collaboration

Work closely with our content, design, and SEO teams to align messaging Coordinate with clinical and marketing teams for healthcare promotions and packages

Lead Conversion & Growth

Drive down Cost Per Lead (CPL) while increasing qualified conversions Implement retargeting and custom audience strategies Continuously explore new platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube

Budget Management

Handle paid media budgets efficiently Forecast performance and scale campaigns during peak seasons

Learning & Innovation

Stay ahead with the latest in Google Ads, AI tools, and healthcare trends Share new ideas and experiment with creative ad formats

What Makes You a Great Fit

2+ years of experience in PPC (Google Ads is essential) Experience in healthcare or service-based industries is a strong advantage Detail-oriented, data-driven, and creative-minded Comfortable with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and SEMrush A proactive professional with a growth mindset
