Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environmental policies at the project site.
Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and company HSE standards.
Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
Provide safety training and toolbox talks to site staff.
Investigate incidents/accidents and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions.
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and authorities regarding HSE matters.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Safety, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of proven HSE experience in the UAE construction sector.
Must hold
NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA certification
or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and best practices.
Excellent communication and reporting skills in
English
(Arabic/Tagalog is an advantage).
