We're hiring a

Google Ads Expert with strong SEO experience

to manage our paid ad campaigns and organic search visibility. The ideal candidate will have

minimum 2 years of hands-on experience

in

Google Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing)

and

SEO strategy (On-page & Off-page)

Key Responsibilities

:

Develop, implement, and manage

Google Ads campaigns

(Search, Display, YouTube, Remarketing). Optimize ad performance to

generate high-quality leads

for business setup services in Dubai and the UAE. Conduct

keyword research, ad copywriting

, bid strategy, and

conversion tracking

. Perform regular A/B testing and ad performance analysis. Develop and execute

SEO strategies

to increase organic traffic. Optimize on-page elements (titles, meta tags, content, internal links). Perform off-page SEO including

link building, guest posting, local SEO

. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on ad spend, leads, CTR, CPC, and SEO ranking improvements. Collaborate with content and design teams to create

landing pages and ad creatives

.

Requirements

:

Minimum

2 years of experience

in Google Ads and SEO (agency or in-house). Strong knowledge of Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs. Proven track record of

lead generation via paid campaigns

. Deep understanding of

UAE market trends

and business setup industry is a plus. Basic graphic design or video ad editing experience is an advantage. Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.

Salary

: Competitive (based on experience) + performance-based incentives

Working Days

: 6 days/week

: Dubai (Office-based preferred)
