Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Plumbing Engineer to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong UAE experience in plumbing and public health systems within MEP contracting projects and the ability to independently manage site execution, coordination, and technical delivery in compliance with project specifications and local authority requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of plumbing systems, including domestic water supply, drainage, soil & waste, storm water, LPG, and water treatment systems. Review plumbing drawings, specifications, calculations, and method statements to ensure compliance with project and authority requirements (DEWA/SEWA, Civil Defence, Municipality, etc.). Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and internal site teams to ensure seamless project execution. Monitor site progress, manpower deployment, and material consumption to meet project timelines and quality standards. Identify and resolve technical issues, design discrepancies, and site coordination challenges. Ensure compliance with QHSE standards, health regulations, and company procedures. Manage plumbing material submittals, approvals, inspections, testing records, and as-built documentation. Support Project Managers in planning, reporting, variations, and project close-out activities.
Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Plumbing Engineering. Minimum 7-10 years of experience in UAE MEP contracting projects with strong plumbing site exposure. Strong technical knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, standards, and local authority regulations. Proven experience in site execution, coordination, testing, and commissioning. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and plumbing-related engineering tools. Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
