Job Description

We are MEP Company looking for a Highly experienced Senior Plumbing Engineer to lead and oversee plumbing design, coordination, and installation on major construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all plumbing systems meet project specifications, local authority regulations, and international standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree Gulf Experience -Minimum 8 Years Preferably with Valid UAE Driving License

Currently residing in UAE is a must

Duties & Responsibilities (but not limited to) :

Review and approve plumbing system designs including water supply, drainage, sewage systems & etc. Ensure plumbing designs meet Dubai Municipality (DM), Trakhees, DDA, UPC, and other applicable standards. Review and approve shop drawings, as-built drawings, schematics, and material submittals from contractors/subcontractors. Ensure all plumbing layouts are clash-free and integrated with structural and MEP systems. Attend technical meetings, authority inspections, and resolve site-related plumbing issues. Assist in the preparation and submission of documentation required for authority inspections and project handover. Ensure all testing and commissioning is documented and compliant with project QA/QC protocols. Ensure plumbing activities comply with project HSE standards and local safety regulations. Supervise site installation activities and provide technical guidance to the site team and subcontractors. Coordinate with local authorities (DM, DCD, DEWA, Trakhees, etc.) for plumbing NOCs, approvals, and inspections. Assist in the preparation and submission of documentation required for authority inspections and project handover.
