We are seeking an experienced

Senior Plumbing Engineer

to lead the design coordination, planning, and execution of plumbing systems for high-quality construction projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional project management skills, and a proactive approach to ensure safety, compliance, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Review plumbing design drawings, technical specifications, and submittals. Coordinate with consultants, architects, and other engineering disciplines to resolve design and interface issues. Plan and oversee the execution of plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, and stormwater systems. Supervise subcontractors, technicians, and site plumbing teams to ensure quality workmanship. Monitor project schedules and budgets, ensuring plumbing activities are completed on time and within cost. Conduct site inspections and quality checks for code and standard compliance. Assist with material take-offs, procurement, and on-site verification of materials. Lead testing, commissioning, and handover of plumbing systems. Prepare and maintain documentation such as inspection reports, daily logs, and as-built drawings. Resolve site-related technical issues and provide expert guidance to the project team.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. 10 to 15 years of hands-on experience in plumbing engineering within the construction sector. Strong knowledge of local building codes, plumbing standards, and international regulations. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and relevant design software is preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
