The role requires hands-on expertise, site coordination, and adherence to quality and safety standards.
Lead and guide junior plumbers and helpers on site.
Interpret plumbing drawings, layouts, and material specifications.
Ensure all plumbing work is completed according to approved plans and schedules.
Prepare material requests and ensure proper use of plumbing materials and tools.
Maintain daily work reports and record completed jobs.
Inspect received materials to ensure they meet specifications before installation.
Education:
Technical Diploma / ITI Certificate in Plumbing or equivalent.
Experience:
Minimum
5-8 years
of experience in plumbing works, preferably in
villa or residential renovation projects
.
Strong knowledge of water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Skilled in troubleshooting and repair.
Leadership and communication skills to supervise small teams.
Familiar with safety procedures and use of plumbing tools
