SENIOR PLUMBER
Job Title: Senior Plumber
Experience Level: Minimum 4-5 years
Reporting To: Plumbing Supervisor / Project Manager
Job Summary:
The Senior Plumber will leverage their extensive experience to handle complex plumbing tasks, provide guidance to junior plumbers, and ensure the highest quality of workmanship. This role requires a deep understanding of piping systems and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:

• Complex System Installation: Lead the installation of complex and large-diameter UPVC, HDPE, and PPR piping systems.
• Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and resolve complex issues within plumbing systems, including blockages, pressure problems, and leaks.
• Mentorship & Guidance: Provide on-the-job training and technical guidance to junior Plumbers and helpers.
• Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on installations performed by the team to ensure they meet project specifications and quality standards.
• Coordination: Coordinate with other trades (e.g., electricians, HVAC technicians) to ensure smooth workflow and avoid clashes.
• Material Management: Assist the supervisor in material take-offs, requisitions, and verifying received materials.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of 4-5 years of comprehensive experience in all listed plumbing systems.
• Expert-level proficiency in fusion welding and complex plumbing assembly.
• Proven ability to lead a small team and mentor others.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant codes and safety standards.
