The plumber is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems, fixtures & quality standards. He should have a high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or plumbing certification is preferred.
He should join immediately with a cancelled visa or visit visa.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing sanitary items, fixtures (sinks, toilets, showers), and appliances.
Troubleshoot and repair of pump, motor, booster pump, etc.
Troubleshoot and repair leaks, blockages, and water pressure problems.
Water tank cleaning in villa and building.
Repairing and replacement of fixtures, sinks, toilets, showers, etc., and appliances.
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
Maintain inventory of plumbing tools, parts, and equipment.
Respond to emergency call-outs and resolve issues promptly.
Coordinate with other maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors when needed.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly work reports.
Requirements:
4 to 5 years of hands-on experience as a plumber technician in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and electrical systems.
A technical degree or diploma qualification in a related field is preferred.
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi.
Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy equipment.
A valid UAE driving license will be an advantage for him.
