Senior Planning Engineer - Mid-Rise Residential (Emaar Projects)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled

Senior Planning Engineer

with proven experience in

mid-rise residential projects

, preferably executed for

Emaar developments

. The candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, monitoring, and controlling all project activities to ensure timely and efficient project delivery while coordinating closely with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain

project schedules

for mid-rise residential projects using

Primavera P6 or MS Project

. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and consultants to align project milestones and deliverables. Monitor and track progress against approved baselines, identify schedule risks, and recommend corrective actions. Prepare

progress reports, dashboards, and presentations

for management and client review. Conduct

resource planning, manpower allocation, and cost/time optimization analysis

. Support

project controls

functions including forecasting, delay analysis, and risk mitigation. Liaise with

Emaar representatives

to ensure compliance with client standards and reporting requirements. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior planning engineers. Participate in

project review meetings

, workshops, and progress updates.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Construction, or related Engineering discipline. Proven experience as a

Planning Engineer

or

Senior Planning Engineer

in mid-rise residential projects. Hands-on experience with

Emaar projects

is highly desirable. Proficient in

Primavera P6, MS Project

, and Microsoft Office tools. Strong knowledge of project scheduling, planning methodologies, and project controls. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.

Experience:

Minimum

8-10 years

of planning experience in consultancy , preferably mid-rise residential. Prior experience with

Emaar projects

and knowledge of their reporting standards and procedures.
