high-rise building projects
. The role requires advanced planning skills, coordination ability, and a deep understanding of construction sequencing and project controls.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, review, and maintain detailed project schedules for MEP works .
Prepare baseline programs, recovery schedules, and revised programs in line with project requirements.
Monitor project progress, analyze variances, and prepare delay analysis and mitigation plans.
Coordinate closely with construction, engineering, procurement, and QA/QC teams to ensure alignment with project timelines.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, S-curves, manpower histograms, and cash flow forecasts.
Ensure proper integration of MEP schedules with civil and architectural programs.
Support claims, extensions of time (EOT), and impact analysis as required.
Attend progress meetings with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (B.Tech) in
Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
.
Minimum
8 years of experience
in planning and scheduling of MEP works.
Mandatory experience in high-rise building projects
.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, sequencing, and project controls.
Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple project interfaces.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
