Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

Senior Planning Engineer

with a strong background in

Expo projects

. The role involves planning, scheduling, monitoring, and controlling all project activities to ensure timely delivery while coordinating closely with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain

project schedules

for Expo projects using

Primavera P6 or MS Project

. Monitor and track project progress against approved baselines, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions. Conduct

delay analysis, resource planning, and schedule optimization

. Prepare

progress reports, dashboards, and presentations

for management and client review. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure alignment of project milestones and deliverables. Mentor and guide junior planning engineers and project team members. Participate in

project review meetings, workshops, and progress updates

.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Construction, or related Engineering discipline. Proven experience as a

Planning Engineer / Senior Planning Engineer

in Expo or large-scale event construction projects. Proficient in

Primavera P6, MS Project

, and Microsoft Office. Strong knowledge of

project planning, scheduling, and project controls

. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to lead teams and coordinate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Experience:

Minimum 8

-10 years

of planning experience in consultancy or event-related projects. Experience with

Expo projects

or large-scale event infrastructure projects is required.
