Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s or master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or related field. \xc2\xb7 Proven experience as a performance analyst, business analyst, or data analyst, with a focus on performance measurement and analysis. \xc2\xb7 Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, or similar. \xc2\xb7 Demonstrated expertise in statistical analysis, data visualization, and performance reporting. \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. \xc2\xb7 Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to data accuracy, integrity, and quality. \xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
