Senior Payables Specialist

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Payables Specialist to manage vendor payments, reconciliations, and accounts payable processes within the insurance sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process high volumes of invoices, including multi-currency and international transactions, ensuring accurate coding, approvals, and documentation.
- Maintain and reconcile vendor records, ensuring compliance with KYC and internal controls, and resolve discrepancies.
- Support compliance and audits by adhering to internal policies, tax and VAT regulations, and providing necessary documentation.
- Utilize ERP systems (Oracle) for invoice entry, vendor maintenance, reporting, and account reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly account analyses, reconciliation reports, and management reporting on payable status, aging, and cash requirements.
- 5-7 years' experience in accounts payable within the insurance industry (mandatory).
- Strong reconciliation and ERP system skills.
- Familiarity with UAE financial regulations and CBUAE reporting preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage high-volume transactions efficiently.
