The Global Partner Solutions (GPS) team is a sales organization accountable for the commercial partner business at Microsoft, and the mission is to build and sell Microsoft Cloud applications, services and devices with partners, empowering people, and organizations to achieve more.

As a Partner Solution Architect (PSA), you will have the opportunity to focus on Microsoft\xe2\x80\x99s technology priorities and drive penetration of Microsoft Azure Infra and Security workloads with our most significant national system integrators in UAE. You will provide deep technical coaching aiding partners to develop impactful solutions and services for our customers. Leveraging your technical experience you will validate partners\xe2\x80\x99 technology architecture, assist them to overcome technical blockers, and aid them to win early customers, and realize consumption and usage results from their solutions and services

Responsibilities:

Partner Enablement Execution: Lead and/or contribute to the delivery of workshops, bootcamps, and trainings necessary to build partners\xe2\x80\x99 technical skills

Technical Engagement: Lead deep technical engagements with partners, including; Briefings, Proof of Concepts, Architectural Design Sessions, and Hackathons

Best Practice Sharing: Collaborate with Microsoft\xe2\x80\x99s Engineering teams to generate technical insight and enable best practices sharing

Solution Development: Aid partners to develop and implement high quality solutions and/or services leveraging Microsoft\xe2\x80\x99s latest technologies

Evangelism: Evangelize partners\xe2\x80\x99 practices and solutions in customers\xe2\x80\x99 implementations via Technical briefings and Architecture Review Sessions

Tech Sales: Enable partners on technical pre-sales skills while supporting initial partners\xe2\x80\x99 wins and work to unblock technical issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field AND 8+ years experience in cloud infrastructure and security technologies, consultative/complex technical sales, technology solutions/practice development, architecture, design, implementation, and/or consulting of highly distributed applications required.
• 8-10+ years of success in designing cloud and hybrid solutions that run on Azure, including depth technical knowledge of Compute, Networking, Storage, Monitoring and Security. (Azure Solutions Architect Expert Certification is required)
• Proven track record of building deep technical sales relationships with CXOs and practice building.
• Ability to solve Partner problems and unblock technical issues, leveraging internal and/or external resources.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft Azure Infra and Security products/services, and knowledge of market business environment.
