Senior Social Media Executive

to lead high-performing paid social campaigns and support our growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Execution

: Plan and run paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Snapchat to generate quality property leads from local and international markets.

Campaign Management

: Optimize for performance KPIs (CPL, ROAS, lead-to-sale ratio), manage budgets, and run A/B tests to improve results.

Audience Targeting

: Build and refine audience segments; implement remarketing strategies using CRM and behavioral data.

Creative Collaboration

: Work with content/design teams on performance-focused creatives (carousels, reels, video walkthroughs, etc.).

Analytics & Optimization

: Track performance using Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and CRM tools; deliver strategic insights regularly.

Compliance & Innovation

: Ensure ad policy compliance and stay updated on trends in paid social and real estate marketing.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Marketing, Business or related field. 5+ years of hands-on experience in paid social media, with a minimum of 2 years in the UAE real estate sector. Proven track record in performance marketing with a strong portfolio of lead generation campaigns. Proficiency in Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics; Snapchat Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, is a plus. Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to interpret data into actionable insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
