Job Description

Position Overview:

Design and develop an integrated process and tools to run efficient and qualified deliverables to enhance the clients long-life relationships, work under the senior consultants supervision to develop the solutions that enable Tharwah clients to solve the strategic, organizational, and operational obstacles and obstructions by diagnosing and delivering integrated solutions for its Problems and Pains.

Tasks and responsibilities:

·Provide operation advice to Tharwah clients in relation to the development of the organization's capabilities and HR development.

·Proven consulting experience in developing, reviewing, and maintaining human resource policies, practices, and procedures.

·Proven consulting experience in developing and interpreting human resource data to assist business units with workforce planning and operational matters.

·Proven consulting experience in creating and updating job descriptions and providing accurate and timely advice throughout the phases of recruitment and selection.

·Actively participate in operational HR planning, including assisting in consultation processes with internal stakeholders.

·Conducting research through learned and applied methods like surveys and data collection to find the cause of a client's problematic situation.

·Proven experience in developing bespoke HR strategies, human resource programs, OS, workforce planning, total rewards, job architecture & competencies and projects.

·Proven experience in the development of the Corporate Performance framework and strategy maps

·Previous experience or participation in the development and implementation of the organizations Maturity Assessment

·Proven experience in the development of the employee Performance framework and policies

·Preferable to have experience in the Corporate & Business Policies and Procedures Development

·Implement solutions that address the clients specific needs.

·Develop practical yet strategic plans to address any HR matters.

·Develop and implement projects on a variety of leadership, culture, and organizational effectiveness topics.

·Assist in the development of new training material based on client or marketplace needs.

·Partner with internal and external teams to ensure deliverables are high quality and on time and strengthen client relationships.

·Proactively improve client deliverables to maximize product value.

·Proactively identify additional client consulting, training, and coaching needs.

·Consult with clients to help them understand what their data is telling them and how they should use it.

·Define the Client's problems, and pains and design and develop the related integrated solutions to ensure overcoming the related obstacles and obstructions that hinder the clients strategy implementation and progress.

·Participate in online meetings with the clients to propose the most appropriate improvements, through qualitative and quantitative research to present and deliver high-quality consulting deliverables that increase client satisfaction.

· Keep up to date with the current best practices and business trends to develop an integrated process and tools to ensure deliver of high-quality deliverables and consulting products to increase client satisfaction.

·Develop accurate reports on time to the consulting team that reflect the project's progress, deliverables, and related recommendations that directly reflect client satisfaction.

· Support the running projects by Developing the solutions,

·Implement the Best Practices and agile methodologies in the Business analysis and data gathering that reflect directly to enhance the reports accuracy and information consistency.

·Collaborate with the consulting team to Optimize the internal process to increase the quality of deliverables and client satisfaction.

·Provide the consulting team with required frameworks, consistent information and accurate data that related to technical proposals.

·Write articles based on industry and market knowledge.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

Education, Training and Special Certification

· BSc./BA in Business Administration or relevant field.

· Minimum 10 years of experience in HR, OD and/or consulting-related field preferred.

· Previous Consulting Experience is a Must

· MSc./MA in specialized business management or HR field

· Knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, databases and presentation software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet).
