Job Description

Project Portfolio



Offer support in project and program management activities. Attend review meetings and prepare reports on the current status of each project, program, or initiatives as per the prioritisations introduced. Support in tracking the performance of projects and service providers and assist the project team in performance monitoring against established KPIs.



Interaction and Communication



Support in facilitating project-related interaction in order to ensure that all associated communications occur as per standards and requirements and that all information is exchanged timely and accurately to facilitate project progress and execution.



New Projects



Support in assisting in the development of project charts highlighting the established operational plans and budgets for the various initiatives and projects to be undertaken by GCAA.



Administrative Support



Undertake administrative support to the section to ensure efficient and effective implementation of the Departmental Plans.



Policies, Systems, Processes and Procedures



Implement policies, systems, processes, and procedures so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering high quality in accordance with customer service standards.



Internal Surveillance & External Audits



Implement corrective actions raised against the Sector under internal surveillance program to ascertain international standards and continuous improvement. Support the administration of activities by external entities on request.


Document Management



Maintain records of relevant reports, certifications, and general correspondence to ensure proper document management.



Reporting



Ensure that all functional reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet GCAA requirements and quality standards.



Health, Safety and Environment within GCAA



Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, quality and environmental management procedures and controls to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/services and a responsible environmental attitude as per IMS available standards



Other Tasks/ Accountability



Perform additional tasks relevant to the role / area of expertise as requested by the management to be able to achieve the objectives/commitments.
