We are currently recruiting for a Senior Officer KYC Operations for our trusted client to be based out of their office in Dubai.
Purpose:
The job holder is responsible to support the Operations / Business Process Delivery Department in customer documentation / contact process and improving the maintenance of proper documentation,
support current processes, value drivers and identify business process potential improvements (where applicable) (primary purpose)
Responsibilities:
- Understands business processes, policies and guidelines
- Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructionsso that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Conduct Know Your Customer document process initiation, follow up and closure in system
- Collect information on peer financial statements and prepare peer comparison report .
- Provide a complete and confidential correspondence service, routing documents as necessary and drafting replies where appropriate, to ensure that all mail is dealt with promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure KYC portal is updated on timely basis
Minimum 2+ years of experience in KYC and MIS reporting.
