Job Description

MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE:
To support the effective management and maintenance of HR systems and data governance frameworks by ensuring data accuracy, system efficiency, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards, and assists with system configurations, data audits, reporting, and process improvements to enhance HR service delivery and data-driven decision-making. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supports the configuration, maintenance, and daily operation by performing system updates, data uploads, and access management activities of HR systems to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Assists in implementing system enhancements and process automation initiatives in coordination with HR and IT to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve service delivery across HR processes.
  • Ensures HR data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems through regular data audits and validations.
  • Prepares and maintains standard and ad-hoc HR reports, dashboards, and data extracts to support business requirements.
  • Supports HR system integrations and data interfaces, ensuring smooth data flow and timely issue resolution with the help of IT.
  • Acts as the first point of contact for HR teams and end-users for system-related requirements, resolving user issues, and coordinating with IT to ensure prompt and effective support.
  • Participates in testing and quality assurance of new system upgrades, new functionalities, and integrations before production deployment.
  • Prepares and maintains system documentation, user guides, and training materials, supporting knowledge transfer and ensuring consistent use of HR systems across the organization.
  • Assists in internal and external audit requirements by providing required data, documentation, and follow-up on action items.
  • Supports ISR compliance activities and ensures HR data governance practices are followed as per corporate standards.
  • Collaborates on ongoing HR systems projects, RFP/RFI exercises, and system evaluations to ensure solutions meet organizational and technical requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's Degree (3+ years)
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Systems, or related field
  • Fluent in English
  • 5 - 7 years of experience in HR systems administration, HR data management, or analytics
  • Years with qualifications: 5 -7 years
  • Knowledge of HR system platforms (e.g., Oracle, APEX, or similar). Proficient in Excel, Power BI, or other reporting tools

ISR Requirements:
Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day-to-day business operations.
