Senior Multi Technician

Job Description
Team Technical Services LLC is seeking experienced and multi-talented technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance work within the Gulf region. The technician will be responsible for performing a variety of technical duties related to MEP, AC, and civil works. Responsibilities:
Expected Start Date: 01/04/2023
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and repairs on MEP, AC, and civil works.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems in a timely and efficient manner.
- Install, repair and maintain various electrical and mechanical systems.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and procedures.
- Keep track of inventory and ensure that all tools and equipment are in good condition.
- Provide technical support to other team members.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance work in the Gulf region.
- Knowledge of MEP, AC and Civil works.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
