Job Description

Key Responsibilities The Team Leader must have diversified experience performing Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC Services. Able to perform checks on all technical work of the field team, securing all projects are up to our quality standards through visual inspections, client by client. Providing direction for all field teams on the technical failures and fixes and assisting them in performing the job if required. Managing power generation, transmission, and distribution. Working with high and low-voltage equipment. Manage and supervise installation and perform maintenance, service repairs, and installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Installs, repairs, and maintains chilled water, steam, heat, water, gas, drainage, sewage, and other plumbing systems. Inspect joints, valves, pumps, boilers, heaters, sinks, commodes, tanks, valves, and other plumbing system components to locate malfunctions and repair or replace them when necessary. Observes plumbing systems and fixtures in operation to detect failures or locate causes of malfunctions. Dismantles devices and removes defective parts. Inspects used parts and equipment for changes in calibration, dimensional requirements, and manufacturer's specifications. Tests and calibrates systems and equipment to ensure proper operation using test equipment or precision measuring instruments. Responsibilities include equipment installation, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting malfunctions and repairs, and other mechanical-related work as assigned. Lead and directs the HVAC technicians to effectively perform the functions of equipment repair, installation, start-up, operation, and other duties as required to ensure customer satisfaction. Reviews technicians' work to ensure quality meets established standards, techniques, and safety requirements; makes recommendations as requirements to improve quality and productivity. Responsible for Multi-Technicians' performance appraisals and reviews and setting improvement goals per company requirements. Establishes and maintains a regular training program to ensure that Multi-Technicians are adequately trained on the latest service techniques and safety procedures for equipment and general working conditions. Conducts group and one-on-one meetings with technicians as required for training, evaluation, and general communication; participates and/or conducts regularly scheduled departmental safety/informational meetings. Must build a significant relationship between the company and clients. Communicates daily with dispatch reporting on project information, estimated time to complete jobs, labor hours, and parts or material used. Specifies and ensures required parts are ordered timely to meet work deadlines. Monitors service vehicles to ensure they are in an acceptable condition to allow technicians to efficiently work out of the vehicle and maintain an adequate inventory of parts and material. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Deliver outstanding service quality/repetitive customers. On-time service, No delays to customer appointments. Ensure Equipment reliability by proper cleaning and disinfection. Ensure operational risk reduction, NO damages to custom furniture. Ensuring that all health and safety regulations are adhered to. Perform surveys of the clients as per FixPro standards, and issue work orders and reports on time. To oversee and ensure the application of the Quality Control Standards, the enforcement of ISO standards, NADCA, International Certifications of Safety and Health, and reporting all field operational actions. Secure 5/5 feedback from clients on every project performed for the company. Highlight the weak points of each team member every quarter and conduct training sessions one-to-one or in groups based on the training needs. To conduct monthly scheduled maintenance for tools, equipment, and vehicles to keep them in a safe, usable condition, limit downtime and extend productivity Desired Profile Technical high diploma or equivalent. 3 years minimum maintenance experience. Excellent customer service skills with a desire to exceed customer expectations. Good English language communication skills. Exhibit an in-depth knowledge and understanding of Electrical/HVAC/Plumbing systems. Excellent leadership skills to enhance team productivity and standards of work produced. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; and strong conflict management skills. Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments. Have a clean, neat, and professional appearance; a top performer who can instill pride in workmanship in himself and others. Ability to work independently promptly, ensuring the job is done the first time correctly. Holding a UAE Driving License (Manual Gear).
