Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior MT5 & FX Cubic Platform Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our trading infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with the MetaTrader 5 platform and FX Cubic liquidity solutions. This is a full-time onsite role based in our Dubai headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the full administration and daily operations of the MetaTrader 5 (MT5) server infrastructure.

Manage FX Cubic bridge setup, liquidity provider connections, aggregation, and routing rules.

Monitor server health, optimize platform performance, and ensure low-latency execution and uptime.

Set up trading groups, user roles, permissions, and risk management rules.

Configure symbols, swaps, leverage, spreads, and other trading parameters.

Troubleshoot platform issues, latency spikes, pricing errors, and bridge disconnects.

Collaborate with the dealing, risk, and IT teams to support business operations.

Perform system upgrades, backups, failover testing, and ensure data integrity.

Automate reporting, trade reconciliation, and bridge monitoring processes.

Keep up to date with regulatory requirements and implement necessary platform configurations.

Train junior administrators and serve as a technical mentor within the team.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 5 years of experience administering the MT5 platform in a regulated brokerage environment.

Solid expertise in FX Cubic bridge setup and management.

Deep understanding of trading operations, margin settings, order types, slippage, execution models, and liquidity management.

Experience with Windows Server, SQL databases, and MT5 APIs.

Familiarity with server security, monitoring tools, and incident management.

Strong analytical, diagnostic, and documentation skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and manage urgent issues in real-time.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
