Position Overview

We are seeking a Junior MT5 & FX Cubic Platform Administrator to join our technical operations team. This is an onsite position based in our Dubai office. The ideal candidate will support the daily operation, monitoring, and maintenance of the MetaTrader 5 (MT5) trading platform and the FX Cubic liquidity aggregation and bridge system.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of the MT5 trading server and related components (Data Feeds, Gateways, Manager, and Administrator terminals).

Monitor system performance, latency, and uptime to ensure platform stability and availability.

Support the integration, testing, and monitoring of the FX Cubic bridge and liquidity providers.

Handle user account configurations, group permissions, and trade settings in MT5.

Work with senior IT staff and vendors to resolve platform-related issues and implement updates.

Assist in creating platform reports and performing periodic data analysis and audits.

Provide first-level technical support to internal departments and escalate complex issues.

Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and system changes.

Requirements

Good understanding of trading platforms, preferably MT4/MT5, FXCUBIC or similar financial trading systems.

Familiarity with FX industry concepts (margin, spreads, order types, liquidity).

Interest or exposure to FX Cubic platform is an advantage.

Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server environments.

Knowledge of basic networking, server configurations, and database operations is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Fluent in English (written and verbal).

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
