Prospect new clients via sales calls, direct mail and networking events
Educate clients on various mortgage products, terms, and options available in the market
Conduct comprehensive financial assessments of clients to determine their mortgage eligibility and affordability
Guide clients through mortgage applications process, including gathering required documentation and liaising with lenders
Analyze and compare mortgage offers from multiple lenders to help clients secure the most favourable terms and rates
Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, real estate agents, and other stakeholders in the industry
Maintain up to date knowledge of mortgage regulations, interest rates, and market trends
Keep accurate records of client interactions, applications, and mortgage transactions in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company
Qualifications:
Male or Female
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationship simultaneously
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Strong understanding of mortgage products, lending criteria, and regulatory requirements
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, excellent negotiation and persuasive skills
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Requirements:
